Orders can be placed by phone, e-mail or mail. Orders can be taken either by our sales person or by voice mail.

Payment methods:
Check, money order or acceptable charge card must accompany your order. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. Returned checks are
subject to $20.00 service charge.
Credit Cards:
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Credit Card orders placed by mail, e-mail, or other means, must be
accompanied by a copy of the card, written authorization, and signature of the card holder. If the order is placed by phone,
a faxed copy of the order request and the cardholders signature will be required. If a facsimile machine is not available, the order will be
subject to verification.
COD Orders:
We do not accept COD orders.
California Customers:
Orders delivered within the state of California require us to collect California State Sales Tax unless we have a resale card on file. Please add
9.75% sales tax to your order.
Shipping Information:
Domestic Orders

Express Orders: We recommend UPS Next Day Air Service or UPS Second Day Service if express shipping is requested. We try to ship these
orders the day they are placed. We charge the normal UPS Red and UPS Blue fee only.
Delivery:
Except during holiday seasons and rush periods, all orders are processed and shipped within two business days of receipt. If orders are placed before 10AM PSD, we will guarantee to ship your antenna orders by the same day. However, if an item is unfortunately out of stock, we will hold the order until item arrives. If you do not want your order held for out of stock items, please contact our customer service department @626-820-8810 or email to service@homeantenna.org with your order number ready. Delivery via UPS Ground is usually made within 4 working days.
International Orders
International Customers must be pay for any import duty, if customer refuses to pay this duty amount, customer will be fully responsible for all shipping cost for both going out and returning.

All returns must be authorized.
Authorization and shipping instructions (with RMA # ) can be obtained from our customer service representatives. Return your product via UPS or USPS with RMA# marked on the surface of your package, prepaid
and insured, for your protection. (Please note, customers have to be responsible to return shipping cost). NO Restocking fee needed. Shipping fee is non-refundable. Thirty (30) days money back guarantee. After thirty (30) days from the invoice date, we do not accept any return or issue any refund on return.
Warranty:

We guarantee all Home Antennas' antenna products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 2 years after sale to customers. We will replace the whole package or repair specific parts if any part is defective or doesn't function appropriately. Or customers can replace their whole item with a different model as long as you agree to pay for the shipping cost of exchange.
Exception to USB-TV, warranty only covers Manufacturer’s defects for up to 30 days from date of purchase.
